Profile

The Macabebe Water District (MWD) was created by virtue of a Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 24 enacted on September 15, 1981 and eventually the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) issued a Conditional Certificate of Conformance No. 171 last November 20, 1981. MWD is now categorized as a Category C Water District. MWD has 6,285 concessionaires with an average billing of PhP 2.4 M monthly.

Mandates and Functions

Macabebe Water District is a public utility engaged in the delivery of potable and sufficient water in the municipality of Macabebe, at all times and at a reasonable cost.

Vision

Macabebe Water District envisions itself as a Class A (Category B) water and sanitation service provider to all areas, including far-flung localities of Macabebe by 2025.

We devote to sustain total customer satisfaction through providing total quality customer care by being credible custodian of water and sanitation for all generationsto come.
